We have 3 levels of refurbishment. You can choose according to your needs.
From the table, you can see, the basic level includes renewed cabin interior, tires, bucket, clutch plate, clutch pressure plate, release shaft, battery,water tank, intercooler, pump, oil tank. New body paint, light, engine oil and the filters. The main parts of the truck,such as engine, gearbox, axles are maintained.
The standard level is based on the basic level and add new bucket, new cabin interior,new tires.
For the premium level, it includes new cabin interior, new tires, new bucket, new clutch plate, new clutch pressure plate, new release shaft, new battery, new water tank, new intercooler, new pump, new oil tank, new oil circuit, new air circuit, new truck face, new light, new engine oil and the filters. The most important thing is we use the rebuild engine and gearbox and overhaul the axles thoroughly.
For the premium level, we use the rebuild engine and gearbox. The quality is pretty good. This is the process how we rebuild our engine. Please check it. Then you will have a deeper understanding about our trucks.
Most of the refurbishment in the market , they won’t remove the engine from the truck. They will change several easy damaged parts. But we remove the whole engine off the truck, disassemble it, and remove every single component to inspect. So we can find more damaged parts and problems. The repairs we do will be more thorough. And we will test the pump and engine to ensure no oil leaks. And we will compare the detailed data, ensure that the engine performance can reach more than 95% of the performance of a new engine. There are only 2 or 3 factories who will rebuild the engine and gearbox in the market.
For the premium level, we will also rebuild the gearbox by the same way. Disassemble the gearbox and inspect it thoroughly, then we will find more problems. Eliminate the worn parts, and replace them with the new parts
And inspect the axles thoroughly too. There are some minor wear and tear on the parts previously, but they do not affect the performance of the truck. But when the truck arrives in your country and works under load, problems will gradually appear. Now we conduct a thorough inspection of the truck, we can find more wear and tear, and replace the worn parts with new ones, so that the service life of the truck will be longer.

2. How do we transport our trucks?
Usually, we will transport the vehicle to the destination port for you. Most of us use bulk carriers, except for ports without bulk carriers, we will use ro-ro ships for
transportation.
If you have your own cooperative shipping company, we can only quote the FOB price for you, transport the vehicle to the port of departure, and then your freight forwarder will load and transport it for you. The transportation time depends on the distance
from the destination port.
3. How long does our delivery time take?
Usually, the delivery time about 25 days.
4. After payment, how can we ensure that the vehicle arrives in the customer's country?
In order to show our sincerity, we are willing to accept 50%T/T deposit, 30%T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the final payment will be paid after we issue a copy of the bill of lading for you.
Because the copy of the bill of lading can be used as our delivery certificate, the document shows the vehicle information, shipping company information, ship name and ship number, which you can search in any browser.
5. After-sales treatment.
what I can assure you is that all the vehicles I sold to you were inspected before shipment to ensure that the engine and all the wiring are free of problems.
If you need to replace parts in the future, we will provide you with accessories that are lower than the market price, and we will also provide you with technical support, because we have our own factories and technicians.
